Who?
Purchase decision makers in the Vending/Unattended Market business are eligible to receive rewards through the Point Perks by Tyson Program.

What?
Participating operations have access to the Point Perks Catalog, product promotions and other tools.

How?
Simply sign up for one of our promotions and purchase branded qualifying products from your distributor. Points will be entered into your Point Perks account.

You've got questions, we've got answers.

How do I get my account/log-in information?

Your account will be created automatically after you sign-up for a promotion through your Tyson Broker Sales contact. Once your account is created, you will receive a Welcome E-mail that includes a link to your on-line dashboard.

Do I get a new account each time I participate in a promotion?

No, once your account is created, it will remain active and any points from future promotions will be awarded to that same account.

Can there be multiple contacts for an account? (owner versus purchasing as an example)

Yes, there can be an additional contact listed for the account. Additional contacts can be noted on the pre-book form for a promotion or managed at any time by logging into your account. If there is a corporate contact normally associated with your company, that will automatically be included on the account.

What should I send to verify purchases so I receive my points?

Nothing! Tyson Foods does the work for you by feeding purchase data into the Point Perks program, making it easy on you.

When will I receive my Point Perks?

Points will be awarded within 4-6 weeks after the promotion has ended.

How do I know how many points have been accumulated?

Your point balance is displayed at the top of the page when logged in to the site. You may also view your account information by clicking on your name in the upper right side of the page when logged in. You can also call (844) 241-8202 or e-mail Support@TysonPointPerks.com to check your account balance.

Are points transferable?

No. Points will stay active in the original account to which they were deposited.

Where can I find a complete list of rewards?

You can view our complete rewards catalog from the Rewards page on tysonpointperks.com. You must be logged in to view rewards point values and shop. Point Perks by Tyson is continuously working to keep the rewards fresh and up-to-date. It's best to check online often for the most recent rewards. Can't find what you are looking for? Contact us us and let us know what you would like to see be a part of the catalog.

When can I redeem my Point Perks for rewards?

You may redeem rewards at any time by visiting the Rewards page and selecting a reward within your current Point Perks balance or you can continue to let points accumulate through participating in additional promotions.

Can a reward be shipped to a different address than the address associated with the account?

Yes, the address associated with the account will pre-populate when selecting a reward, but the ship-to address can be changed.

When I redeem points for multiple rewards, can I have all of those rewards shipped to multiple different addresses?

Currently, if there are multiple Ship-To addresses that need to receive a reward, they need to be entered as separate reward orders/redemptions.

How long does it take to get my rewards?

You can expect to receive your rewards ~ 4 weeks after placing an order.
